Boil basmati rice. Soak a few strands of kesar (saffron) in ½ cup of milk.
Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, carrots, cauliflower, french beans and saute. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute
Add salt, Rainbow Biryani Masala, cover and cook for a minute on a slow flame. Add boiled rice and saffron, mix gently.
Serve with a raita of your choice
