Mix red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and curd together. Add raw chicken pieces and marinate it for a few hours.
Roast the marinated chicken pieces in a tandoor or oven for about 5-10 minutes till it is 75% cooked.
Heat white butter in a pan. Add black cumin seeds, tomato puree, sugar, Rainbow Chicken Masala, red chilli powder and salt to taste to form gravy
Add roasted chicken pieces, fresh cream & crushed kasoori methi. Cook till chicken is done. Serve hot with rotis, naan or rice.
