Heat oil in a pan .Make a paste of onions, ginger, almonds ,cashews and melon seeds.Add the paste and sauté for few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté.
Add Rainbow Kitchen King Masala and sauté till the oil separates. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste and stir.
Add boiled mixed vegetables, paneer and fresh cream. Cover and cook on low heat. Serve hot with parathas, roti or rice.
